And I couldn't be happier about it. I paired Odin, my lemon pastel male with Rhapsody, my
cinnamon pastel female. I will continue to pair them until she ovulates. Here's to hoping for some
pewters. Although, at this point, I'll be happy with healthy babies.

As of today, I have witnessed 7 locks between Odin and Rhapsody. I am very pleased with
this. I will continue to pair them until I see an ovulation. Then I will do the count down and
prepare the incubator for eggs. So my venture into breeding ball pythons begins.

Today, I received my '08 Mojave male, Ramses in the mail (via Fedex). He was purchased from
Albey Scholl of Albey's Too Cool Reptiles. I have to say that pictures do not do him justice. Yes
he looks gorgeous in pictures, but to truly appreciate his beauty you have to see him in person.
The best way I can describe his look is that he is covered in a very very fine layer of velvet. The
look is smooth and velvety. His blushing and contrasts are amazing and I truly do hope that he
looks like his father. Here are a few pictures of him before I settled him into his quaratine tub.
